Sergey Chertilin was born in 1973 in Minsk

After graduating from the secondary school in 1991 he entered the College of Architecture and Construction (Minsk) and completed it in 3 years. Right after the college graduation Sergey Chertilin has entered faculty of Arts of the Vitebsk State University, after that he has been working as a teacher of painting in the Belarusian State Pedagogical University till 2001. Since 1999 he is working in the technological gymnasium 13 in Minsk
